What is the best pocket wifi in the Philippines?

Pocket wifi's are the latest trend right now here in the Philippines because the price of a smartphone is getting really cheaper every month so most of the Filipinos have their own android devices as of today.
In today's generation where people are more active in the virtual world, less talking and more status posting on Facebook and Twitter, less interacting with people in the outside world and more posting photos on Instagram, I can say that pocket wifi's are essential in people's lives.
Portability, this is the main advantage of having a pocket wifi and if you have 2 or more smartphones, you can also share your internet to all of them and also to your friends or loved ones.
We have 3 leading telco's namely, Smart, Globe and Sun. All three of them offer pocket wifi's for both prepaid and postpaid users. What sucks about these 3 telco's is that they are offering unlimited internet access but they have this policy called "Fair Use Policy" where they limit your internet speed after hitting their usage limit.
What's good about Sun Broadband is they offering it for only 799 pesos with unlimited internet access (who knows about FUP on this one, too good to be true).
Globe Broadband offers it for 999 pesos with a tablet phone. (Eyeing for it) Same as Smart Broadband with 999 pesos but personally speaking, I am dissatisfied with their service so thanks but no thanks!
Right now, I am using a prepaid of Sun Broadband and so far, so good. I already downloaded 3 movies but the speed is still the same.
I might buy a prepaid Sun pocket wifi by summer for my vacation.
